The New Technology of Verification

VVCB was developed in 2020 and launched in 2021 by Peter Louis a collector since childhood. He started collecting baseball cards in 1984 after his father mentioned that his collection was thrown out by his own mom while he was off at college.

"In the early 1980's, whenever I had some change, I'd get my hands on a few packs of cards, it didn't matter what, Baseball, Star Wars, Garbage Pail Kids, all of it was great.  My collecting habits changed around '84 when my father noticed my growing collection. Drafted out of high school in 1961 (Pittsburg Pirate's AAA) my father had a comprehensive knowledge of baseball, and many of the players from the 50's, 60's and 70's. He was a wealth of information and active participant in starting my collection. My only regret was not being interested in basketball cards in 1986...oh well.

The concept of VVCB has been an ever-changing, dynamic thought over multiple years and will continue to evolve in the future.  I set out to create a superior way of helping save and protect collectibles with full transparency. I looked to create solutions and tools to help mitigate the risk in the card collecting world.  I wanted to blend technology and collecting in a way that could enhance the hobby in a positive way."
